30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@genotress.com within 30 days of receiving your item

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address

Please do not return any product without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or shipped in error

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. To request an exchange, email support@genotress.com with your order number and photos.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product). We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
